At Bijou & Belle, we truly hope you’ll love your parcel. Each box is carefully chosen and wrapped with care. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After this time, your order may already be processed or prepared for dispatch.

Under UK consumer law, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (see Returns below).
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel at hello@bijouandbelle.com
Returned items must:
Be unused and in their original condition
Be securely repackaged
Be returned within 14 days of notifying us
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Blind Date with a Book Boxes
Our Blind Date with a Book boxes are thoughtfully selected based on your chosen genre or theme.
As part of the surprise experience, we are unable to guarantee that you will not already own or have previously read the book included. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds based solely on receiving a title you have already read or own.
If you’re ever unsure about suitability, please feel free to contact us before purchasing - we’re always happy to help guide you.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange this, subject to availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
