Order Processing

Every Bijou & Belle parcel is carefully prepared and wrapped by hand.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will always aim to communicate clearly.

Shipping Method

All UK orders are sent via a Royal Mail, Evri or DPD tracked 48 hour service.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that delivery timeframes provided by our delivery partners are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Dispatch: 1-2 working days

  • Estimated delivery: 2-4 working days from dispatch

  • Delivery area: UK only (unless otherwise stated)

Sending as a Gift

Bijou & Belle boxes are designed to feel like a thoughtful, ready-made gift.

If you’re sending directly to the recipient, no pricing information will be included in the parcel.

If you would like to include a short gift message, you may add this at checkout and we’ll handwrite it for you where possible.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
